Whether you’re navigating anxiety, recovering from trauma, working through substance-use, or simply exhausted from caring for everyone else — there is a space here for you.
Life can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re carrying anxiety, grief, relationship pain, or a quiet sense that something needs to change, individual therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, be heard, and move toward the life you want.
My work is grounded in a client-centered, strengths-based approach that honors your lived experience. I integrate evidence-based practices through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework — helping you understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, and how meaningful change becomes possible when any of these shift.

Trauma and emotional overwhelm
Relationship challenges
Life transitions and identity concerns
Clarifying values and sense of purpose
I have extensive experience working with individuals with substance use disorders across detox, residential treatment, and early recovery settings. I understand the complex layers of withdrawal, shame, co-occurring trauma, and the ambivalence that can make change feel impossible.
Using a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach that integrates Motivational Interviewing and CBT, I support clients in building readiness for change, processing emotional dysregulation, and creating a sustainable path toward recovery — at their own pace.
Early recovery and relapse prevention
Emotional dysregulation during withdrawal
Co-occurring trauma and mental health
Building motivation and readiness for change
Post-residential transition support
A core area of my practice is perinatal mental health. I support individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early parenting years — including those experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders such as postpartum depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, and adjustment challenges.
I understand that this season can bring profound joy alongside unexpected grief, fear, and isolation. My goal is to help you feel less alone, more understood, and more confident as you navigate the emotional complexity of becoming — or being — a parent.
Postpartum depression and anxiety
Intrusive thoughts and birth trauma
Adjustment challenges in early parenthood
Grief, fear, and identity shifts during pregnancy
Isolation and emotional overwhelm postpartum
Parents and caregivers — especially those caring for children with medical, developmental, or emotional needs — carry tremendous invisible stress. Compassion fatigue can leave you depleted, resentful, and disconnected from who you are outside of your caregiving role.
Together, we focus on restoring balance, building healthier boundaries, processing guilt and exhaustion, and reconnecting with your sense of self. The goal isn’t just to survive — it’s to move toward greater presence, meaning, and moments of genuine joy.
Compassion fatigue and emotional exhaustion
Building and maintaining healthy boundaries
Processing guilt, shame, and resentment
Reconnecting with identity beyond caregiving
Restoring balance and moments of joy
Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other, understand what brings you to therapy, and begin exploring what support might look like for you. We’ll talk about your history, current challenges, goals, and what you hope to create through therapy.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. There is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving at your own pace.
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, needs, and the concerns you’re hoping to address. Some clients come to therapy for focused support around a specific challenge, while others choose longer-term work for deeper healing and personal growth.
Together, we’ll regularly check in about your progress and make sure our work continues to align with what you need. Therapy is a collaborative process, and there is no one-size-fits-all timeline.
Yes. I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients who prefer the convenience and flexibility of meeting virtually. Telehealth can be a helpful option for individuals balancing work, family responsibilities, health needs, or simply wanting support from the comfort of their own space.
We’ll make sure your sessions are conducted in a way that supports privacy, safety, and meaningful connection.
I am currently an out-of-network provider. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network mental health benefits.
I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage and benefits.
That’s completely okay. Many people begin therapy knowing they want support but aren’t sure exactly what they need. Our initial consultation is a chance to talk through what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping to change, and whether my approach feels like the right fit.
We can determine together what type of support would best meet you where you are.
